Clear Water Pools was founded in 1975 in Westerville, Ohio by Dick and Dell Roberts with a simple philosophy. Take care of customers, stand behind your work, and treat the community like family.

What began as a small family business steadily grew through decades of trusted service and lasting relationships. As the company expanded, Dick and Dell Roberts transitioned the business to their daughter, Teresa, and son-in-law, Duane, who carried forward the same values that built Clear Water Pools from the start.

Their focus was never just pools. It was people.

Clear Water Pools became known not only as a dependable pool service provider and chemical distributor, but as a company customers could rely on year after year. A familiar name. A trusted partner. A business rooted in community.

After many successful years in Westerville, the company relocated to Croton, Ohio with a renewed commitment to growth, expanded service, and continued excellence. While the location changed, the mission did not.

Today, Clear Water Pools remains committed to the same principles that shaped the company more than 50 years ago. Every customer matters. Every problem has a solution. Every pool deserves expert care.
