Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

A restocking fee of 10% may be applied to eligible returns.

To start a return, contact us at info@clearwaterpoolsoh.com or call (740) 893-5050. Approved returns can be brought in person to 12 N Main St, Croton OH 43013 during store hours.

Exceptions and non-returnable items For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on pool chemicals, whether opened or unopened. We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, special orders, or gift cards. Sale items are final sale.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
